How to use LogTRC
Record a log, upload it, and open the generated track page.
1. Start logging
Use the LogTRC app, VESC Tool, VESC Express or another compatible logger. For best results, wait until GPS has a good fix before riding.
2. Ride normally
The viewer will try to trim setup and idle parts and focus on the active riding section.
3. Open the track
The track page shows the route, two selectable graphs, top stats and a ride report.
Graph fields
The graph dropdowns only show numeric fields that are actually populated in the original log. Empty or all-zero fields are hidden.
Tips
- Keep the phone or GPS puck with a clear sky view.
- Use GPS speed (
gnss_gVel) for true riding speed. - Use VESC speed as a separate board/motor calculated value.
- If a graph field is missing, it was probably empty or all zero in the CSV.
- For accurate Wh/km, make sure the log contains energy-used data such as
watt_hours_used.
